• Any unauthorized access to or use of your account or data
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services
• Any bugs, errors, or technical issues
• Any loss of data, Virtual Items, or progress
• Any conduct or content of third parties
• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• The amount you paid to Yeah 102 in the 12 months before the claim arose; or
• $100 USD

These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

15.3 Effect of Termination

• You are not entitled to any refunds or compensation
