1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Yeah 102 Studio (“Yeah 102,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our games, websites, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Service”).

The Terms apply to:

All games developed or published by Yeah 102 (the “Games”)
Online features such as multiplayer gaming, leaderboards, in-game events, and account management
Associated websites, including blogs, forums, or any other digital service provided by Yeah 102

By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Eligibility

To use the Service, you must meet the following criteria:

Be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 17, you must have the consent of your legal guardian to use the Service and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Comply with the terms of any third-party platform (e.g., Facebook, Google) used to access the Service.

Binding Agreement

By creating an account, downloading our Games, or otherwise accessing the Service, you accept these Terms. Use of the Service is prohibited where local law does not permit it.

2. License

3.2 Accounts

Your account is licensed to you and remains the property of Yeah 102. We reserve the right to deactivate or terminate accounts that are inactive for more than 180 days.

3.3 Virtual Items

Virtual items (e.g., in-game currency, skins, or upgrades) are part of the Service and have no real-world monetary value. Purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Example: If you purchase virtual currency to buy an in-game skin, that currency cannot be refunded or transferred outside the Service.

4. User Content

4.1 Definition

User Content includes any messages, images, videos, or other materials you submit through the Service.

4.2 License to Use User Content

By submitting User Content, you grant Yeah 102 a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, and modify your content for purposes related to the Service.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not submit User Content that is abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise violates the rights of others. Yeah 102 reserves the right to remove or moderate such content.

Example: Posting offensive language in a multiplayer chat may result in the removal of your content or suspension of your account.

5. Fees and Purchases

5.1 Purchases

You may purchase virtual items, subscriptions, or other digital goods using real-world money. All purchases are processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms of service.

Purchases are final and non-refundable. Yeah 102 reserves the right to modify or remove virtual items at its discretion without prior notice.

5.2 Pricing and Taxes

Yeah 102 may adjust the pricing of goods and services offered through the Service at any time. You are responsible for all applicable taxes or fees associated with purchases.

Example: A new in-game event might introduce a special bundle for purchase, with a discounted price for a limited time.

6. Updates and Changes

The Service is continuously evolving, and updates may be required to maintain functionality or introduce new features. Updates may:

Fix bugs or security vulnerabilities
Add new content, such as characters, maps, or events
Remove outdated features

You agree to accept and install updates to continue using the Service. Failure to install updates may limit or disable your access.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
That defects will be corrected promptly
That the Service will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

Example: If a scheduled server maintenance temporarily disrupts gameplay, Yeah 102 is not responsible for any inconvenience caused.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yeah 102 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Yeah 102 in the six months preceding the claim.

Certain jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes between you and Yeah 102 will be governed by the laws of Finland without regard to conflict of law principles. Legal actions must be filed in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

Example: If you believe a virtual item was removed from your account unfairly, you may contact Yeah 102 for resolution before escalating the issue to court.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Assignment

Yeah 102 may assign these Terms or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. You may not assign your rights without prior written approval from Yeah 102.

10.2 Notices

Yeah 102 will provide notices regarding these Terms via email, in-game notifications, or updates to our Terms of Service.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yeah 102 and supersede prior agreements or understandings.

10.4 Force Majeure

Yeah 102 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, wars, or internet outages.
